  • Execution – You are committed to achieving your goals and to succeed. This includes focusing on "getting things done", as well as recognizing and taking advantage of opportunities as they arise. You are consistently looking for ways to improve your personal best and see value in continuous improvement. You take accountability for your actions and learn from mistakes.
  • Collaboration – You work collaboratively with others with the common goal of driving positive results. Making meaningful contributions to your team to achieve organizational goals is a priority. You proactively encourage collaboration, build trust and inclusion, and work to establish effective relationships both inside and outside of the organization.
What your day looks like Platform Engineering & Automation
  • Architect, implement, and automate Azure infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Bicep, Ansible, ARM templates).
  • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) for infrastructure and application deployments.
  • Integrate monitoring, logging, and alerting into platform services (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Sentinel).
  • Evaluate and introduce new tools to improve developer experience and platform reliability.
API Management
  • Design, deploy, and manage Azure API Management (APIM) solutions for secure, scalable, and reliable API delivery.
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate APIs into business processes and ensure best practices for security and governance.
Cloud Operations & Reliability
  • Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement for platform‑related issues.
  • Define and enforce standards for infrastructure automation, security, and governance.
  • Ensure platform services meet performance, reliability, and security requirements (SLAs, SLOs, error budgets).
Security & Governance
  • Implement policy‑as‑code, guardrails, and RBAC for Azure resources.
  • Manage identity, access provisioning, secrets, and compliance (Azure AD, Entra, Key Vault).
  • Support vulnerability management, patching, and audit readiness.
Collaboration & Enablement
  • Partner with application, security, and business teams to deliver cloud‑native solutions.
Requirements Your experience and skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years in Azure/cloud infrastructure, automation, or platform engineering roles.
  • Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure (compute, storage, networking, security, APIM, identity).
  • Cloud, infrastructure automation related experience is non‑negotiable for this role.
  • Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Bicep, Terraform, ARM templates).
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
  • Advanced scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
  • Solid understanding of cloud governance, policy‑as‑code, and security frameworks.
  • Experience with monitoring, observability, and incident response.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: collaboration, stakeholder management, mentoring, and communication.
  • Fluent communication skills in English are required and bilingual skills in French are an asset.
