Mosquito Joe of Baltimore & Annapolis

Mosquito Joe of Baltimore & Annapolis is hiring a Customer Service Intern to support our growing business.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in great service, communicates professionally, and enjoys making a difference for customers every day. At Mosquito Joe, our mission is to make every customer feel confident, cared for, and excited.
What Youll Do

Youll help support our customers and office team through important daily follow-up and communication tasks, including:
  • Managing accounts receivable follow-up and updating payment information
  • Following up with new customers after sign up
  • Calling customers after resprays or service visits
  • Answering customer questions by phone, text, and email
  • Supporting other customer service and office tasks as needed

Position: Part-Time Customer Service Representative
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM (May 2026 to August 2026)
Hours: 20 hours per week
Pay: $18/hr + Performance Bonus
