Job description

Job Title: Student Worker - Catering/Food Service Intern

Job Classification: Food Services, Student

Department: Dining Services 

Hiring Manager: Sabrina Delgado

Work Schedule: A variety of schedules are available depending on event and operational needs. Mostly evenings, and weekends.

Desired Length of Employment: Duration of Fall events, possibly ongoing.

Pay Rate: $12.00/hr

Job Description:

Assist with setup, service, and cleanup for campus catering events.
Support daily food service operations, including preparation, organization, and customer service.
Help ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
Collaborate with catering staff to coordinate event logistics and maintain service quality.
Participate in sustainability and waste-reduction initiatives where applicable.
Provide general operational support and contribute to a positive guest experience.
