In this role, you will provide professional and timely support to our sales team and customers. What you'll do:

Qualifications:
- 1+ year customer service or inside sales, mechanical or maintenance experience. Industrial distribution or parts counter environment preferred
- Attention to detail, accuracy, ability to multitask, sense of humor
- Written and verbal communication skills, including English grammar
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Mechanical aptitude
- Computer knowledge including Excel. SAP/ERP experience a plus
- Valid driver's license & clean driving record (MVR)
- This position is not eligible for relocation benefits and is expected to be performed on site.
