(Customer Service / Call Center - Banking)
$18-$22 per hour
Full-Time | Communication Center | Credit Union
Chief Financial Credit Union is seeking a friendly and service-driven Contact Center Representative I to join our team.
This role is the first point of contact for our members, assisting with account questions, processing transactions, and helping members navigate Credit Union products and services through phone, chat, and online channels.

What You'll Do
Answer incoming member inquiries via phone, chat, and online channels
Provide accurate information on accounts, products, and services
Process transactions such as loan payments and account requests
Troubleshoot and resolve member issues with a focus on first-contact resolution
Maintain account security, accuracy, and confidentiality
Identify opportunities to recommend relevant products and services
Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining a positive member experience
Collaborate with internal departments to support member needs
