POSITION SUMMARY
Initiates, coordinates and follows customer orders and shipping details ensuring correct items are received by the customer as ordered and correctly invoiced in Salesforce System. Works with Account Managers to supply the Rollguard product line. Create, process and maintain customer inquiries with regard to price requests and product information and freight quotes. Initiates customer contacts and follows up on inquiries regarding Rollguard product. Gather and review all the necessary order entry specifications and details so the order can be sent to the prospective manufacturing plant or warehouse to be shipped per the customer's request. Communicate with General Manager and Account Managers to meet customer needs. Develop relationships throughout all levels of prospects, existing accounts and suppliers. Review month end order reports with the accounting department.
Pay / Hours
Pay is negotiable based upon experience
Core office hours of 8am to 5pm with hour unpaid lunch. Opportunity to work hybrid after 6 months of on site training
