Job Description

Due to rapid consolidation in the Insurance Broker Market, the Tier 1 and 2 brokers are looking to gain greater economies of scale through consolidation and standardization of their operations. Agency management system platforms are a key enabler. Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager or Manager level resource to join our Consulting Distribution & Marketing practice who can help our insurance broker clients envision, solution, plan, and execute new and enhanced broker technology solutions. This skilled Technology Consulting Sr. Manager or Manager will work closely with client project teams and provide expertise (Property and Casualty Insurance Broker) to ensure successful solution design and project delivery.

o 5 years Insurance Industry experience with knowledge of Insurance brokerage operations and processes

o 5+ years of experience in Software Development Lifecycle

o 3+ years of experience with implementing Applied Systems Epic product

o Proven ability to work in teams and help build the knowledge/skills of other team members

Degree or specialized training is required/preferred?

o Applied Systems Epic experience required

o Insurance brokerage operations and processes

Top three skills required?

o Prior Consulting experience.

o Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

o Desire to work in an information systems environment

o Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
