We are looking for an enthusiastic, dependable Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our veterinary hospital team!

Our ideal candidate genuinely enjoys working with pets and their owners and wants to be part of a fun, interactive, and supportive team. Strong communication skills, the ability to multitask in a busy environment, and a good sense of humor are highly valued.

Our nurturing, team-focused approach provides the support and training needed for motivated individuals to learn, grow, and make a meaningful difference in the overall quality of life for pets and their families.

About the Role

Our Client Service Representatives set the tone for the practice. You will play an important role in building and maintaining our clients' trust and confidence while helping the hospital run smoothly. The CSR is truly the hub around which the hospital operates!

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by greeting clients and visitors, answering telephones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms.
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments.
  • Making outbound calls for patient follow-ups and reaching out to prospective clients.
  • Presenting and explaining fees and processing payments.
  • Recommending, selecting, and obtaining products and services, including prescriptions.
  • Answering client questions regarding products and services.
  • Educating clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care, including heartworm prevention, housebreaking, and flea & tick control.
  • Managing medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence.
  • Helping maintain a clean, organized, safe, and welcoming hospital environment, both inside and outside.
  • Assisting with hospital maintenance, including the removal of animal waste.
