Job Description

Responsible for responding to customer questions utilizing fact finding, information searching & gathering, pricing sheets, product knowledge and to resolve task-related issues.
Must use verification to ensure accuracy of information, data entry skills, routing/complexity issues.
Computer knowledge and accuracy are stressed. Able to recognize insufficient information to ensure resolving meets customer satisfaction.

The Manager willย pay attention to detail, overseeing in a managerial position previously held, excellent verbal communication skills, ease with transitioning to one task to another, a background in manufacturing, call center experience is helpful.


Qualifications

A Bachelor's Degree in a related field. Manufacturing experience is helpful not required. A background in logistics or dispatching with a proven record of employment verification will suffice.

Microsoft Office Suite 2016 or recent is also preferred.
