This role is responsible for delivering accurate analyses of demand forecasts, supply forecasts, inventory, order patterns and frequency, and overall supply chain efficiency, while ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.
  • While Walmart will serve as the role's primary area of focus, the Analyst will also be part of a collaborative Insights team that supports evolving client and business priorities. Based on business needs, this may include contributing analytical, reporting, or replenishment support across additional accounts, retailers, or special projects. This structure provides the opportunity to develop broader capabilities, gain exposure to multiple areas of the business, and collaborate with a variety of internal and external partners.
  • The position serves as a key liaison between clients, distributors, retailers, and internal teams, translating replenishment data and retail insights into clear recommendations and next steps. The Analyst maintains and enhances replenishment tools and processes, proactively identifies risks and opportunities, and performs as an internal consultant and trusted advisor to our sales organization and clients.
  • Location: Bentonville, AR will observe a hybrid schedule 3 days in office
  • Salary Range: $65,000–$75,000 based on experience, qualifications and skills.
  • Travel Requirements: Up to 10% as needed to present to clients

    • Monitor replenishment and sales reporting for risks and opportunities and clearly summarize findings and key performance indicators.
  • Replenishment Strategy & Insights
    • Apply foundational supply chain principles to support client KPI objectives.
    • Develop fact-based recommendations that help optimize instocks during launches, promotions, and distribution gains and losses.
    • Prepare materials for client meetings, including new item presentations and shelf analyses.
    • Support post-promotional analysis and help document learnings for future planning.
  • Collaboration & Communication
  • Maintain strong working relationships with internal sales teams and cross-functional partners.
