  • Partnering with Project Managers to troubleshoot implementation challenges and drive issues toward resolution
  • Supporting the development and ongoing success of Project Managers through knowledge sharing, coaching, and hands-on assistance
  • Leading by influence and serving as a trusted resource without direct people-management responsibility
  • Managing assigned customer implementation projects while maintaining approximately 30% direct project responsibility
  • Leading customer-facing implementation activities associated with assigned projects
  • Maintaining strong knowledge of Commercial Card products, implementation processes, and customer requirements
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve implementation challenges and support successful customer outcomes
  • Identifying opportunities to improve implementation processes, training, documentation, and overall team effectiveness
  • Promoting consistency and best practices across the Project Management team
