Whatย You'llย Do as a Customer Care Coachย 

In this role,ย you'llย work closely with individualsย participatingย in structured sessions designed to support personal progress and well-being.ย 

Your day-to-day may include:ย 

  • Working one-on-one with individuals throughout the dayย 
  • Guiding participants through scheduled sessions using specialized program tools and technology (training provided)ย 
  • Helping individuals stay motivated and engaged through simple practices like journaling, gratitude exercises, goal setting, and habit-buildingย 
  • Preparing daily plans to help participants get the most value from each sessionย 
  • Tracking progress and updating internal records so the team stays alignedย 
  • Creating a calm, welcoming environment where people feel comfortable and supportedย

  • 2+ years of full-time professional experienceย demonstratingย reliability and strong work ethicย 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a naturally positive, people-focused attitudeย 
  • Clear communication skills both in person and in writingย 
  • Ability to remain calm and supportive in fast-paced environmentsย 
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and accept feedbackย 
  • Authorization to work in the United Statesย
