Job Title:  Custodian Engineer IVB, A shift - Oak-Land Middle School
Job Summary:  To assist in the cleaning and upkeep of assigned building(s) and grounds to ensure a condition of operating excellence in order to provide a quality education and a safe and clean environment for all staff, students, and community members.  High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.  One year of custodial experience in an educational setting preferred, 2nd Class Boiler license at time of hire. Ability to obtain unlicensed electrician registration and CPO within 6 months. Availability to cover on day shift in the absence of the Head Engineer.


FTE/Hours per Day:  8.0 hours per day, 52 weeks per year, Monday through Friday.
Qualifications:  
 



  • Must have 2nd class boilers license at time of hire and CPO certification and unlicensed electrician registration within 3 months of hire.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • One year of custodial experience in an educational setting preferred
