The Maintenance Custodian will be responsible for ensuring that the facility is clean and well-maintained. This includes mopping floors, removing trash, sanitizing bathrooms, cleaning mirrors, caring for equipment, cleaning and polishing furniture, and cleaning windows. The ideal candidate will have experience in custodial work and be able to work independently. They should also have excellent attention to detail and be able to follow instructions. The Maintenance Custodian will report to the Facilities Manager and work closely with other members of the maintenance team.
