We are seeking a passionate and dedicated 3 Year Old Lead Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing, engaging, and educational environment tailored specifically for three-year-olds. Your expertise will help foster early childhood development, support social-emotional growth, and lay the foundation for lifelong learning. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote literacy education, math skills, physical education, and social-emotional growth aligned with early childhood education standards.
  • Create a safe, welcoming classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and positive behavior management strategies.
  • Engage children in meaningful activities that support their developmental milestones in language, motor skills, cognitive abilities, and social interactions.
  • Collaborate with families to communicate progress, address individual needs—including special education or early intervention requirements—and foster strong partnerships.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of each child's progress using standardized testing methods and child development instruction techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws and child welfare policies while maintaining a secure classroom environment.
