Position Summary 

Lead the instruction and curriculum development for the 17E Advanced Individual Training (AIT). This role focuses on the technical application of Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) and requires a high level of instructional design expertise to prepare specialists for complex operational environments. 

Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications 

  • Security Clearance: Must possess an active Secret Security Clearance at the time of contract start. 
  • Advanced Instructional Writing: Demonstrated ability to develop and tailor technical content for diverse audiences. 
  • Pedagogical Framework: Mastery of Bloom's Taxonomy to align lesson delivery with specific cognitive learning levels (Knowledge through Synthesis). 
  • Curriculum Development: Ability to write and update AIT-level training materials to remain current with evolving EW technologies.
