We are seeking a Senior Food & Beverage Operations Manager to assist with leading our F&B team.

The Senior F&B Operations Manger role is a key component of the Food & Beverage division senior leadership team and will be instrumental in driving the vison and culture of the division in both venues and events.

This role will lead and manage the day to day operation with oversight across all areas of F&B including strategic vision for financials, colleague engagement, and guest experience while also directly overseeing the leadership team assigned to each of the venues.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE

  • Lead and support Food & Beverage operations across multiple dining venues and events, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and luxury service standards.
  • Coach, develop, and engage leaders and colleagues through hands-on leadership, training, and performance management.
  • Partner with Culinary, Facilities, Sales, and Special Events teams to execute seamless dining and event experiences.
  • Drive guest satisfaction by resolving concerns, reviewing feedback, and continuously improving service delivery.
  • Oversee departmental training, onboarding, and professional development programs.
  • Support financial performance through labor management, inventory control, budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and Canyon Ranch operational standards.
  • Help create innovative dining experiences that reflect the Canyon Ranch commitment to wellness, hospitality, and excellence.

Position will be onsite in Spicewood, TX beginning 9/14/2026.


Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • Experience: Significant specialized experience.
  • Education: Minimum High School diploma or equivalent. Preferred Associate degree or two-year equivalent specialized training or experience required.
  • Experience curating and executing creative events in a variety of settings with a keen eye for detail
  • Certifications: ServSafe Manager Certification
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving history
