Customer Service Representative

We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team during our busiest season. This is a full-time, seasonal opportunity expected to run for approximately 16 weeks.

Although this position is temporary, it could lead to long-term employment based on business needs and individual performance.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and takes pride in delivering an excellent customer experience.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and text
  • Schedule services and assist with customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner
