46 years of hands-on ServiceNow admin/development experience
At least 2 full CSM implementations
Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform configuration and customization
Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, scripting, and Glide APIs
Strong knowledge of reporting and Performance Analytics
Experience with security, governance, and CI/CD practices
Integration experience (REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, OAuth2, SAML/OIDC)
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
