Job Description
  • Seeking a Scaled, Digital Experience CSM to support customer adoption and value realization through large-scale digital engagement programs. This role will focus on planning and executing customer-facing digital events, creating scalable content, driving community engagement, and serving as a voice of the customer across internal teams.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate across a cross-functional team to plan and execute digital events for 300+ customers focused on adoption and customer value
  • Build relationships across the companyโ€™s ecosystem to stay current on solution expertise and identify subject matter experts and guest speakers
  • Create and publish digital content for customers and internal stakeholders that promotes engagement, community building, and peer learning
  • Deliver engaging virtual customer experiences through event management, presentation delivery, speaker coordination, and content development
  • Act as the voice of the customer by sharing product feedback and process improvement opportunities internally
  • Manage a shared customer inbox, including event communications, promotions, customer inquiries, and follow-up activities
  • Track and report event performance metrics, connecting program outcomes to customer value and business objectives
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Experience, Digital Engagement, or a related field
  • Experience planning, promoting, and delivering digital events at scale
  • Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills
  • Exceptional storytelling and content creation abilities
  • Experience presenting virtually to large audiences
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer B2B
  • Adobe certifications
  • Experience presenting to audiences of 300+ attendees
