Responsibilities
  • Lead CFD business development in the assigned country or region by developing and executing local sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain local client resources, IBs, agents, partners, and other relevant channel networks to continuously expand market coverage and improve client conversion.
  • Build and manage the local sales team, including target setting, task breakdown, performance tracking, process management, and team capability development.
  • Participate in business discussions and negotiations with key clients, core channels, and strategic partners to drive high-value partnerships and business opportunities.
  • Provide localised business development recommendations based on local market conditions, client behavior, and industry ecosystem, while maintaining close collaboration with headquarters and cross-functional teams.
  • Continuously monitor local market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscape to support regional business strategy, team development, and incentive mechanism optimisation.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in CFD, Forex Broker, Multi-Asset Broker, or related financial trading platforms, with a strong understanding of the CFD / Forex business model.
  • Solid knowledge of CFD products and client acquisition logic, including Forex, precious metals, indices, commodities, Crypto CFD, and other relevant products.
  • Strong local market experience in the assigned country or region, with a good understanding of local clients, channels, IB / partnership ecosystem, and sales team management practices.
  • Experience in sales management or regional business leadership, with hands‑on experience in building, managing, or leading local sales teams.
  • Strong capabilities in business development, client communication, channel expansion, and resource integration, with the ability to independently drive regional business growth.
  • Strong data awareness and goal management capability, with the ability to plan, track progress, and review results based on sales targets.
  • Native-level proficiency in the local language, with English as a working language for communication with headquarters and cross-regional teams.
  • Must be long-term based in the target country or region, with effective access to local clients, partners, and team resources.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Country Manager, Regional Manager, Head of Sales, Sales Manager, Team Leader, IB Manager, Partnership Manager, or similar role.
  • Established local IB, agent, partner, trading community, or client resources.
  • Experience building a regional market, sales team, or local business network from 0 to 1.
  • Familiarity with the local CFD / Forex competitive landscape, channel ecosystem, andincentive mechanisms.
