ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, people-focused environment and enjoys bringing structure, efficiency, and excellence to a wide range of operational responsibilities


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Facilities & Office Operations

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related needs and coordinate maintenance requests
  • Manage incoming mail, deliveries, and building access requests
  • Maintain organized and functional shared spaces and storage areas

Purchasing & Financial Administration

  • Order office and program supplies as needed
  • Track expenses, process reimbursements, and ensure timely invoice payments
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases and budgets

Communications & Digital Presence

  • Keep website content current and accurate
  • Coordinate with internal teams on marketing materials and messaging
  • Manage and publish content across social media platforms

Events & Program Support

  • Coordinate logistics for events, classes, and internal initiatives
  • Procure materials, supplies, and refreshments
  • Ensure smooth setup and breakdown with support teams

Data & Systems Management

  • Maintain and update internal databases and reporting systems
  • Generate reports, manage registrations, and distribute communications

Community & Engagement Support
