The CRMA position assists in medication administration to residents as ordered by the attending physician under the direction of an RN and works as a direct care staff as assigned and in accordance with established policies, procedures and guidelines.

Requirements

  • Candidates must possess a dual certification, including a current 40-hour CRMA and PSS or CNA
  • Requires proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Ability to understand and respond to residents' needs and inquiries in English is required.
  • Ability to effectively understand and communicate verbally and in writing, in English, is required.
  • Basic computer skills
