Join Our Care Team

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Residential Medication Aides (CRMA) to join our team. CRMAs are assigned to our Residential Care area.

Position Summary

The CRMA/Personal Support Specialist (PSS) is responsible for providing high-quality care and support to residents in a residential care setting. This role includes administering medications as a Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA) and assisting residents with activities of daily living as a PSS. The CRMA/PSS works as part of a team to ensure a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment while promoting resident dignity, independence, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

Medication Administration (CRMA Duties):

  • Administer medications accurately and safely in accordance with state regulations and facility policies

  • Monitor residents for medication effectiveness and potential side effects

  • Maintain accurate medication administration records (MARs)

  • Communicate any concerns or changes in resident condition to nursing staff

Personal Care & Support (PSS Duties):

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

  • Support mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed

  • Assist with meals, hydration, and feeding when required

  • Provide companionship and emotional support

Requirements

  • Candidates must possess a dual certification, including a current 40-hour CRMA and PSS or CNA

  • Ability to work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers, residents, families, and supervisors

  • Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

  • Proficiency in spoken and written English

  • Basic computer skills

Shift Available:

This position is part-time (32 hours per week), 11:00pm to 7:00am, and includes every other weekend.
