Location: Harrisburg
Shift: Monday–Friday (standard business hours)
Pay: $70,000+ DOE + commission
Schedule: Full-time

Signature Staffing is hiring a Sales & Marketing Executive for a well-established local media and publishing company. This is a great opportunity for a driven professional who enjoys building relationships, closing deals, and creating impactful marketing strategies.

What You’ll Do:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including advertisers and partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various industries
  • Present and sell advertising packages, sponsorships, and marketing solutions
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and subscriptions
  • Manage digital campaigns including social media, email marketing, and website content
  • Coordinate promotional efforts, events, and partnerships
