We are seeking an experienced CRM Architect to serve as the strategic bridge between business strategy and technical execution. If you excel at designing scalable enterprise solutions, building robust data models, and leading complex platform integrations, we want to hear from you!

Position Overview

  • Location: Raleigh, NC (Strictly Local to North Carolina Only)
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid
  • Interview Process: Webcam or In-Person Interview

Key Skills & Requirements (What We Are Looking For)

To excel in this position, your background must include strong expertise across these core areas:

  • Enterprise CRM Architecture: Proven experience architecting end-to-end CRM ecosystems, custom data models, application architecture, and multi-layered security frameworks.
  • Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with major systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or equivalent enterprise CRM platforms.
  • Integration & ETL: Skilled in designing integration strategies between CRM platforms and enterprise systems (ERP, data warehouses, marketing automation) using ETL/iPaaS tools.
  • Data Governance: Strong understanding of data quality management, structural compliance, data migration, and deduplication processes.
  • Technical Leadership: Ability to lead architectural review boards, facilitate discovery sessions, and provide clear technical mentorship to developers and administrators.
  • Mandatory Background: State Government or Public Sector experience is REQUIRED for this role.
