Job description

About the Role

As a Regional Loyalty Lead you will drive loyalty performance within your designated markets through the execution of in-store training, support, and associate development. You will support Territory Loyalty Managers in effectively developing store teams at the ground level and in driving results through various in-store visits and training formats.

What You’ll Do

  • Routinely visit stores within designated markets to host a variety of in-store training and conduct observations

  • Develop strong relationships with designated Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers and Service Supervisors

  • Prioritize credit outlier stores in partnership with Territory Loyalty Managers (TLMs) to drive incremental improvement and consistency throughout the territory

  • Execute Leader of Duty and Associate training in the field at selected stores in conjunction with TLMs and District Managers

  • Develop New Hire training plans within stores to ensure a Culture of Credit from day one

  • Manage and lead District contests and provide District Managers and Regional Managers with associate engagement resources

  • Use analytics to identify store opportunities and work with Store Leaders to build effective store action plans to drive improvement

  • Utilize associate performance reports to provide consistent associate recognition

  • Communicate reporting and engagement opportunities to TLMs

  • Gather feedback and insights while in the field to provide TLMs with actionable information to improve solicitation best practices

  • Actively drive and support credit performance in stores during key timeframes

  • Additional task may be assigned

What Skills You Have

Required

  • Retail store management experience, with a demonstrated track record of delivering results and building strong teams

  • Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to top leadership with confidence and clarity

  • Ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally

  • Strong customer focus and customer-centric mindset

  • Proactive, self-starter who can work well both independently and as part of a team

Preferred

  • 3+ years related experience

  • College degree

  • Retail experience

 Special Requirements

  • Remote location, you will need to be self-guided and results-focused

  • 75% travel within designated territory
