Job Summary:
MDAEdge is seeking an experienced Senior Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Developer to join their team and drive the design, development, and implementation of advanced customer data platform solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and operational excellence in a multi-vendor environment.
Responsibilities:
• Gather and analyze client requirements related to global marketing design and translate them into actionable technical specifications.
• Design and develop data models, data flows, journey configurations, offer setups, segment creation, and job workflows within Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
• Conduct peer reviews of deliverables to maintain high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with operational teams during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production rollouts to address and resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot and debug errors during UAT and System Integration Testing (SIT), ensuring seamless implementation.
• Execute unit testing and create detailed documentation prior to transitioning to testing environments.
• Provide ongoing production support by addressing bugs and facilitating quick resolutions.
• Simulate errors in development/test environments and resolve issues by reviewing logs and supporting version releases to production.
• Serve as a senior team member, offering training, mentoring, and guidance to junior developers.
• Collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams, including developers, data engineers, and project managers, to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) or similar Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).
• 7+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Expertise in designing and implementing AEP components, including Identity Graph, Query Service, Real-Time Customer Profile, Segmentation Service, and Data Science Workspace.
• Experience with loading and extracting data from CDPs integrated with data lakes, Salesforce, and marketing orchestration systems.
• Proficiency in leveraging AEP APIs and SDKs to enable data streaming from diverse application connectors.
• Comprehensive knowledge of data quality rules, validation techniques, and data governance practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and their implementation.
• Strong understanding of Adobe's integrated experience cloud architecture and products like ACM, Analytics, and Marketo.
Preferred:
• Working knowledge of insurance industry domains.
• Experience with on-offshore delivery models and managing multi-vendor environments.
