Position Overview
The Sewer Project Manager works directly with homeowners to assess sewer system issues and provide clear solutions for repair or replacement. This role is responsible for managing the customer experience, coordinating project details, and ensuring projects are completed successfully.
This is a consultative role where you will educate customers, build trust, and help guide them through important decisions regarding their home plumbing infrastructure.
Appointments are generated through our service technicians and marketing channels, allowing you to focus on providing solutions rather than cold calling.
Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with homeowners to evaluate sewer line repair and replacement needs
  • Provide clear explanations and recommendations based on inspection findings
  • Prepare accurate project proposals and pricing for customers
  • Guide homeowners through the project scope, timeline, and expectations
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly
  • Maintain strong communication with customers throughout the project process
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction from initial consultation through project completion
