Outpatient primary care practice in a rural community setting. Provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages (pediatrics through geriatrics). Manage acute and chronic conditions. Deliver preventive care including screenings, vaccinations, and health education. Coordinate care for complex cases and specialist referrals. Participate in community health initiatives and outreach. Utilize telemedicine and modern clinical technologies. Maintain accurate EHR documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
