Job description:Responsible for directing and administering the operational efforts of the regional credit union branches. Ensures established policies and procedures are followed. Oversees provision of a full range of services to members and prospective members. Ensures members are promptly and professionally served. Responsible for the development of new business relationships with prospective members and prospective businesses. Trains, directs, and supervises branch staff. Qualifications:Three to five years similar or related experience.Previous relevant experience preferred. Strong organizational and managerial skills. Required knowledge: Experience in the financial industry preferred.
