Job Description Summary:KRS is seeking an experienced and highly motivated POS & Credit Card Sales Representative to expand our retail merchant portfolio.
This role focuses on selling POS systems and payment processing solutions to retail businesses, including Beauty Supply stores, convenience stores, and specialty retailers.
The ideal candidate has prior experience in POS sales, merchant services, or credit card processing and understands the retail business environment.Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Prospect and generate new merchant accounts

  • Present and demonstrate POS systems to retail clients

  • Sell integrated POS and credit card processing solutions

  • Conduct rate analysis and review merchant statements

  • Close new business and manage the sales cycle from lead to activation

2. Payment Processing Sales

  • Explain interchange, processing fees, and pricing structures

  • Offer competitive rate programs

  • Assist clients with application and onboarding process

  • Coordinate with underwriting and activation teams

3. Account Management

  • Maintain relationships with existing merchants

  • Identify upselling opportunities (hardware upgrades, additional locations)

  • Ensure smooth installation and activation process

  • Follow up after installation to ensure customer satisfaction

4. Sales Targets

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas

  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline records

  • Participate in sales meetings and strategy planning

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in POS sales or merchant services

  • Proven track record of meeting sales goals

  • Strong understanding of credit card processing industry

  • Ability to analyze merchant processing statements

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Self-motivated and results-driven

  • Valid driver's license

  • Bilingual in English and Korean required. (Spanish is a plus)
