This is a full-time, salaried, on-site position. This role is in-office only with no exceptions and requires occasional travel to support events, trade shows, activations, and other marketing needs.

Position Summary

The Creative Marketing Specialist leads day-to-day execution across creative production, event workflow management, campaign implementation, and content development under the direction of the Marketing Manager. This is a hands-on role for a candidate with strong creative judgment, advanced production skills, and the ability to execute high-quality work with speed, accuracy, and professionalism.

The ideal candidate thrives in a feedback-driven environment and is comfortable regularly presenting work for review, applying creative direction, and refining deliverables based on manager feedback and best practices. This role is expected to embrace that process and help reinforce a strong standard of execution across the team.

This position requires expert-level Adobe Creative Suite knowledge and strong experience managing creative workflows, event coordination, digital marketing execution, and campaign-related deliverables. The role works closely with the Graphic Designer, supports the Proposal Specialist with proposal-related work as needed, and coordinates event workflows with support from the Marketing Manager and an entry-level Marketing Administrator.

Key Responsibilities Creative Production
  • Lead execution of day-to-day creative deliverables across print, digital, email, social media, presentations, events, and branded collateral

  • Design and produce presentations, sell sheets, case studies, event materials, social media assets, and other marketing materials

  • Prepare polished, on-brand work for Marketing Manager review and approval

  • Maintain strong file organization, revision discipline, production quality, and brand consistency across all deliverables

  • Capture and edit photo and video content for use across events, campaigns, job sites, and internal initiatives

  • Collaborate with the Graphic Designer to complete creative work efficiently and at a high standard

Digital Marketing, Copy, and Campaign Execution
  • Update and refine copy across landing pages and other digital touchpoints

  • Build, manage, and execute HubSpot email campaigns with strong attention to detail, segmentation, formatting, and quality control

  • Execute social media content creation, editing, posting, and follow-up content tied to business priorities

  • Write and edit copy for email campaigns, social media, landing pages, presentations, collateral, and campaign assets

  • Support execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, digital, events, social media, and sales support materials

Event Workflow Management
  • Lead planning, organization, and execution of events, trade shows, activations, and related marketing initiatives

  • Own event workflows from planning through completion using Monday.com or a similar project management platform

  • Manage event timelines, logistics, deliverables, materials, shipping, setup, teardown, attendee coordination, and stakeholder communication

  • Serve as a primary marketing lead for assigned events and travel as needed to support on-site setup, coordination, content capture, and breakdown

  • Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date event boards and workflow visibility at all times

  • Help train and guide newer team support in event-related workflows, standards, and execution expectations

Proposal and Cross-Functional Support
  • Support the Proposal Specialist with proposal-related creative and marketing work as needed

  • Assist with proposal graphics, layout, formatting, presentations, infographics, and supporting visual materials

  • Contribute to proposal deliverables with strong attention to deadlines, brand standards, and quality control

Client and Team Collaboration
  • Manage direct working relationships with clients and external stakeholders in a professional and responsive manner

  • Collaborate closely with team members to maintain strong execution across shared workflows

  • Lead recurring meetings related to assigned events, production needs, and marketing initiatives

  • Help reinforce high standards of organization, accountability, quality, and follow-through across shared team processes

  • Contribute positively to team culture and work effectively in a fast-paced open office environment

  • Follow the leadership, direction, and final approval structure of the Marketing Manager while demonstrating strong ownership in day-to-day execution

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Advertising, Public Relations, Business, or a related field

  • 5-6+ years of relevant professional experience in a hands-on marketing role with strong creative execution responsibilities

  • Demonstrated experience in creative production, event management, social media execution, copywriting, and campaign support

  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro

  • Strong understanding of professional creative workflows, including layout, typography, revisions, file setup, brand consistency, and production readiness

  • Proficiency in Monday.com or a similar project management system for managing timelines, logistics, deliverables, and workflow visibility

  • Experience designing professional marketing materials including presentations, sell sheets, case studies, collateral, and branded assets

  • Experience leading or managing events from planning through execution, including on-site coordination

  • Experience building and executing HubSpot email campaigns

  • Experience updating landing page or website copy

  • Experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns

  • Strong copywriting, editing, and communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Comfortable working under manager review, direction, and approval structure

  • Comfortable receiving frequent constructive feedback and applying revisions accurately and efficiently

  • Willingness and ability to travel for events as needed

Portfolio Requirement

A portfolio is required.

Candidates may submit their portfolio in Canva or another presentation format; however, the work shown in the portfolio must reflect professional-level execution completed in Adobe Creative Suite. Portfolio examples should demonstrate strong capability in layout, typography, brand consistency, and production quality.

Canva-exclusive work will not be considered sufficient for this role.

Portfolio submissions should ideally include examples of:
