Job description

The Company:
VeSync is a portfolio company with brands that cover different categories of health & wellness products. We wouldn't be surprised if you have one of our Levoit air purifiers in your living room or a COSORI air fryer whipping up healthy and delicious meals for you every night.
We're a young and energetic company, we've had tremendous success, and we are constantly growing our team. As we garner more industry attention - just check out our accomplishments and awards by CES Innovation, iF Design, IGA, and Red Dot - we also need driven and talented people to join our team.
That brings us to you, and what you'll be joining. Our teams are smart and diligent and take ownership of their work - they're confident in their work but know how to collaborate with open ears and a spirit of learning. If you're down-to-earth, approachable, and easy to strike up a conversation with, this may be a great fit for you.

The Opportunity:
The Creative Director at VeSync is a senior individual contributor who serves as the creative authority for Cosori and the connective tissue between Creative Services and the broader marketing organization. This is not a people-management seat - influence runs through the quality of your direction, systems, and ability to align teams, not headcount. You act as the final creative approver on output spanning paid, organic, e-commerce, web, packaging, and global channels, directing the Creative Services team and external vendors to get there.
This is also a commercialization-first seat. Creative is expected to move the business - ROAS, conversion, revenue - not just serve as a brand utility. AI is core to how that happens: you'll build and govern the workflows that let the team ideate, produce, and localize faster, and set the standard for where AI-generated content ships.
The role lives at the intersection of creative and marketing. You work daily with product marketing, integrated marketing, social, paid media and agency partners, e-commerce, sales, and regional stakeholders across teams globally. You own the creative thread that carries a product from GTM strategy through launch - direction, briefs, production, pre-launch testing, and post-launch iteration.
What you will do at VeSync:
Creative Responsibility
  • Own creative direction and final approval. Serve as the final creative approver across brands, holding the quality bar for every asset across paid, organic, e-commerce, packaging, and web - including AI-generated content, which is held to the same bar.
  • Author creative direction and briefs. Translate GTM and campaign strategy into clear, executable creative direction for new product introductions, evergreen content, and brand refreshes: concept, messaging hierarchy, guardrails, shot lists, and references.
  • Direct commercial production. Lead photo and video production end to end, including storyboards, style guides, production proposals, budgets, and post-production review with specific, actionable feedback.
  • Run structured creative reviews. Lead feedback sessions for creative assets with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive revisions through to final approval with clear next steps.
  • Build narrative-led, modular campaign systems. Develop campaign concepts and creative systems that flex across channels, formats, and regions.
  • Own the AI production stack. Build and govern the tools and workflows that bring generative AI into ideation, production, and localization, and set the guardrails for what ships as AI-generated versus traditionally produced.
  • Elevate the craft of the team. Guide Art Directors, designers, copywriters, and editors through direction and feedback, raising the standard of storytelling, design, and execution.

Marketing Responsibility
  • Own creative performance. Define how creative success is measured, integrate performance data (ROAS, CTR, hook rates, conversion) into the creative process, drive the reporting and dashboards that give the team visibility into what's working, and standardize performance-creative capture at every shoot so productions generate testable ad creative, not just brand libraries.
  • Run pre-launch creative testing. Design and execute testing programs that validate messaging, hooks, and formats - using AI-generated variants to test more concepts, faster - and translate results into launch direction.
  • Develop creative insights. Turn performance data, audience research, and channel behavior into insights that feed back into briefs, creative direction, and iteration cycles.
  • Partner with Integrated Marketing. Align with Integrated Marketing on GTM strategy, campaign strategy, and messaging for every launch, confirming creative direction and cross-functional stakeholder requirements before production.
  • Collaborate across the marketing organization. Work with integrated marketing, social, paid media, agency partners, and e-commerce to ensure creative is purpose-built for the channel and format it will run in, from paid social and PMAX to Amazon and DTC email.
  • Align global stakeholders. Drive creative consistency and strategic alignment across global teams while respecting distinct regional requirements.
  • Own the commercial case for creative investment. Treat every asset and campaign as a P&L lever: build the business case for creative spend and AI tooling investment, and report the commercial return of creative work back to marketing and executive leadership.

What you bring to the role:
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of progressive experience in creative leadership across brand and performance marketing, preferably with a combination of agency and in-house experience. Demonstrated portfolio showcasing the ability to connect compelling visual storytelling with measurable business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply both strategic marketing and creative expertise to develop campaigns that strengthen brand equity while driving commercial performance. Capable of articulating creative decisions using both qualitative insights and quantitative data.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to evaluate the commercial impact and return on investment of creative initiatives, including AI-enabled solutions. Proven ability to prioritize rapid execution, experimentation, and continuous optimization.
  • Experience leading high-impact initiatives as an individual contributor, influencing cross-functional stakeholders through strategic thinking, clear communication, and credibility rather than direct managerial authority.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document decisions, proactively identify risks, facilitate alignment, ask thoughtful clarifying questions, and deliver clear, actionable feedback.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and improving scalable creative processes, workflows, templates, testing frameworks, and operational systems to increase efficiency and consistency.
  • Extensive knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Google, and Amazon, with deep expertise in paid social advertising, influencer marketing, and social-first creative strategies.
  • Proven experience implementing and scaling AI-enabled creative workflows for concept development, asset creation, content iteration, localization, and production efficiency while maintaining brand standards and performance objectives.
  • Hands-on experience leading commercial photography and video production from concept through execution. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and modern generative AI creative platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across global teams, time zones, and cultures while maintaining strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and composure in a fast-paced environment.
