Job Summary

The Senior Print and Creative Solutions Designer leads the development of bold, visually compelling retail experiences across point-of-purchase (POP) displays, packaging, and branded print programs. This role is rooted in strong conceptual thinking, elevated design sensibility, and advanced executional skills - transforming brand strategy into high-impact creative that commands attention in-store. The ideal candidate brings exceptional experience, layout, and visual storytelling expertise, paired with a deep understanding of print and pre/post production processes.

Working closely with sales, production, and client teams, the Senior Creative Solutions Designer drives projects from concept through final execution, ensuring designs are both inspiring and retail-ready. In a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, this role balances creativity with precision - delivering dynamic solutions that enhance brand presence and are experienced by consumers nationwide.

Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with client goals and business objectives.

Work closely with sales, marketing, and production teams to ensure designs meet both aesthetic and functional requirements while remaining relevant by todays standards.

Create high-quality print, digital designs, and 3D renderings, including marketing collateral, packaging, signage, and branded materials.

Prepare and refine production-ready files, ensuring proper formatting and quality standards for print and manufacturing.

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to present design concepts, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed.

Stay current with design trends, materials, and printing technologies to recommend innovative solutions.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality output.

Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all creative deliverables.

Troubleshoot and resolve design or production issues, working with internal teams to optimize solutions.

Using AI to elevate creativity as well as getting us into market faster. 


Qualifications - Education, Experience, License/Certifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred.

5+ years of experience in a creative design role, preferably in a print or marketing environment.

Strong portfolio showcasing creative design skills and problem-solving abilities.

Experience working with large-format, digital, and offset printing processes is a plus.

Able to manage and train a team as job responsibilities grow. 


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Job requires being a self starter. Most designs or requests will have direction but minimal time for questions. Being able to use client resources to access answers, and being resourceful in clear judgment of what is on brand. 

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, SketchUp) and other relevant design software such as (Artios CAD), experience using AI to design. 

Strong understanding of pre/post print production, color theory, and layout design principles.

Ability to comprehend and then translate client needs into effective visual solutions.

Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and project management skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and clients.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.

Shows strong initiative and resourcefulness, consistently finding solutions and advancing work independently. 

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit and work on a computer for extended periods.

Occasionally required to lift materials up to 25 lbs.

May require occasional travel to client sites or production facilities.


Compensation:

The base compensation range for this full-time position is $71,000 - $80,000 per year plus benefits. Compensation ranges are determined by various factors, including role, and experience.
