Position Summary:
Xponential Fitness is seeking a highly strategic and hands-on Creative Director to lead the creative vision and execution across five premier boutique fitness brands: StretchLab, YogaSix, Pure Barre, Club Pilates, and Body Fit Training. This role will oversee brand storytelling, creative strategy, visual identity, campaign development, content production, and franchise marketing creative across digital, social, retail, experiential, and studio channels. The ideal candidate combines elevated brand aesthetics with performance-minded marketing expertise and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment. The Creative Director will partner closely with brand marketing, growth, social media, franchise operations, production, and executive leadership teams to ensure each brand maintains a distinct voice while supporting enterprise-wide business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Creative Leadership
  • Lead the overarching creative vision for five boutique fitness brands while preserving the individuality and positioning of each brand.
  • Develop and evolve brand standards, creative guidelines, and visual systems across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Ensure creative consistency across franchise marketing, paid media, social content, websites, email marketing, in-studio assets, retail, and experiential campaigns.
  • Translate marketing strategies into compelling creative concepts that drive awareness, acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Campaign Development & Execution
  • Direct integrated marketing campaigns from concept through execution across digital, social, print, video, CRM, and studio environments.
  • Partner with growth marketing teams to optimize creative performance for paid media and lead generation campaigns.
  • Oversee seasonal campaigns, product launches, membership promotions, franchise development initiatives, and brand partnerships.
  • Lead creative reviews and provide strategic feedback to designers, copywriters, photographers, videographers, editors, and agency partners.
Content & Production
  • Oversee photo and video production including campaign shoots, social-first content, instructor/studio storytelling, and franchise marketing assets.
  • Drive development of scalable content systems that support national campaigns and local franchise marketing needs.
  • Ensure creative assets are optimized for performance across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, streaming, OOH, CRM, and web channels.

Team Leadership
  • Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary creative team including graphic designers, motion designers, copywriters, freelancers, and external agencies.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
  • Establish workflows, timelines, approval processes, and creative operations that support a high-volume marketing organization.

Franchise & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with brand marketing teams to deliver localized and customizable creative assets for franchisees.
  • Partner with brand presidents and senior leadership on strategic initiatives and brand evolution.
  • Present creative concepts and campaign strategies to executive stakeholders.
  • Oversee the strategy and execution of partnership marketing materials and new business presentations, ensuring processes are efficient, scalable, and on-brand.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience leading multi-channel creative campaigns for high-growth consumer brands.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in brand development, campaign execution, digital content, and storytelling.
  • Deep understanding of social-first creative, performance marketing creative, and evolving digital trends.
  • Experience managing creative teams and external agencies in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, creative workflow platforms, and production processes.
