Job Summary
• This role is responsible for leading the creation of various marketing materials and overseeing the qualification and management of customer references. The role also involves planning, executing, and measuring awareness-building and promotional programs across different areas, as well as executing communication plans targeting diverse audiences. Additionally, the role includes leading tracking and measurement efforts, budget and expense management, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
• Leads creation of direct mail, catalog, telemarketing, brochures, spec sheets, white papers, sales tools, newsletters and/or email marketing projects.
• Plans, executes, and measures image-building, awareness building and/or promotional and demand generation programs and contact strategies across an industry, sales channel, or business.
• Leads the qualification and management of customer references across a business, industry, or geography, and provides timely, quality customer references to internal clients.
• Oversees update and maintenance of customer reference database with information on referenceable customers.
• Leads execution of communication plans that strategically target global, national, regional, sub-regional, or local audiences.
• Drives tracking, measurement and reporting of business group or country measurements of success like calls, clicks, leads, revenue, etc.
• Leads budget and expense management, manages project budgets as assigned and handles assigned agencies or contractors as needed.
• Coordinates with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of communication programs.
• Solves difficult and complex problems with a fresh perspective, demonstrating good judgment in selecting creative solutions and managing projects independently.
• Leads moderate to high complexity projects, delivering professionally written reports, and supports the realization of operational and strategic plans.
Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in direct marketing, communications, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
