Social Media & Content Operations Assistant (AI-Driven)
Fully Remote - Full Time (40 hours weekly)

Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, execution-focused, and process-driven Social Media & Content Operations Assistant to support the growth of an AI-driven personal brand and deal flow system within the Dubai real estate market.
This is not a creative or strategic role. It is focused on execution, organization, and consistency within a structured AI system.
The working model is:
  • AI (Claude) = core system for scripts, workflows, and content planning
  • Founder = strategy and filming
  • Assistant = execution, operations, and daily management

You will be responsible for executing content, managing leads, handling outreach, and operating inside AI-driven workflows on a daily basis.
What We're Looking For
This role requires a strong operator who thrives in structured systems and can execute consistently without constant supervision. The ideal candidate:
  • Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
  • Is a strong executor who delivers consistently and reliably
  • Is comfortable working inside AI tools daily (especially Claude or similar)
  • Has solid written English for messaging, outreach, and lead handling
  • Can follow structured workflows and predefined content formats

  • Is proactive but does not require constant direction

This is not a creative or strategy-first role. It is ideal for someone who enjoys systems, execution, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Execution
  • Edit talking-head videos using prebuilt templates (primarily CapCut)
  • Add captions, overlays (e.g., price, location), and covers
  • Follow structured content formats and templates
  • Ensure consistency in output quality and formatting
  • Organize and manage content assets efficiently
2. Posting and Distribution
  • Upload and schedule content across platforms
  • Apply captions and formatting correctly
  • Execute content calendar generated by AI
  • Maintain consistency in posting frequency and structure
3. Lead Management
  • Respond to inbound messages and DMs across platforms
  • Qualify leads before passing them to the founder
  • Log and manage leads in CRM systems (Airtable or similar)
  • Maintain clean, structured records of all interactions
4. Agent Outreach & Deal Flow
  • Build and maintain a network of UAE real estate agents
  • Conduct daily outreach via WhatsApp, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Source off-market real estate deals
  • Track agents, deals, buyers/sellers, and follow-ups in a structured system
  • Ensure consistent follow-up and relationship management
5. WhatsApp Community Management
  • Support the creation and management of WhatsApp groups
  • Maintain engagement within the community
  • Follow up with members to drive conversations and deals
  • Ensure consistency and responsiveness
6. AI Workflow Execution (Core Responsibility)
  • Work daily inside AI tools (primarily Claude)
  • Use AI to generate scripts, captions, and content outputs
  • Execute tasks based on AI-generated workflows
  • Follow structured systems with precision
  • Continuously improve efficiency using AI tools
Required Qualifications
  • English B2 ! (MUST).
  • 2-5 years of experience in:
    • Social media execution (not strategy), OR
    • Virtual assistant / operations roles, OR
    • Community management / lead handling
  • Strong written English (clear, professional, error-free communication)
  • Experience using tools such as:
    • CapCut (or similar video editing tools)
    • Canva (basic level)
    • Google Workspace
    • CRM tools (Airtable, Notion, etc.)
    • Messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Comfortable working in structured environments with predefined systems
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
