What You’ll Do

You will own the successful execution and delivery of a variety of projects for the Creative & Marketing team regardless of project size across B2B and Events. You are an extremely skilled communicator, able to own and facilitate conversations regardless of group size or seniority level. You know how to explain things clearly and drive decision making. You also know how to be an active listener, and can easily tailor your inputs and communication style based on the group. You will partner with team leads to properly vet, scope and kickoff assignments and you are the owner and driver of all due dates and milestones on your projects. You will develop and own accurate project documentation, including timelines and scoping documents. You are focused on anticipating problems and solving them with little to no inputs needed from your manager. You drive process improvements, always contributing actively to conversations and workshops as well as proactively suggesting new more efficient ways of working. You have an active and vested interest in the development of the pod and improving ways of working. You care about team building and are a natural collaborator; you reach across lines to foster camaraderie, inclusivity, and teamwork.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

Ability to work collaboratively with multiple team members across departments (creative teams, leadership/exec team members, engineers, marketers, production). Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Superb attention to detail, good judgment, and listening skills. Passion for Snap Inc.’s products and creativity.

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years in the industry or related experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

High competency and proven track record of project management of large engagements and integrated creative projects. Experience managing a high volume of creative and campaign types in parallel. Experience with various project types, including digital, video, events, and social.

Compensation

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job‑related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future. Zone A (CA, WA, NYC): The base salary range for this position is $118,000-$176,000 annually. Zone B: The base salary range for this position is $112,000-$167,000 annually. Zone C: The base salary range for this position is $100,000-$150,000 annually. This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
