About the role:
CHANEL is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Manager to join our Creative Operations team in New York. Reporting to the Group Director of Creative Operations for F&B, you will lead the end-to-end execution of selected campaigns, ensuring flawless delivery and alignment with both global and local brand strategies. As a manager you will oversee complex campaign lifecycles, optimize processes, and foster collaboration across a variety of cross-functional partners such as Trade marketing, brand management, procurement and development, and the visual merchandising teams. Our ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience and a passion for Beauty, in-store activations, timelines, and process improvements.
What impact you can create at CHANEL:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of select campaigns, acting as the central point of coordination between creative, marketing, production and global.
  • Serve as a thought manager, challenging briefs and processes where necessary to ensure alignment with CHANEL's artistic vision, global guidelines, and business goals.
  • Lead project briefings, facilitate stakeholder alignment, and ensure clear communication throughout each project lifecycle.
  • Oversee multiple, concurrent projects with complex requirements, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and consistent quality.
  • Spearhead the development and deployment of in-store animation and Point-of-Sale campaigns, managing extended timelines and cross-team collaboration.
  • Supports artistic direction for locally created event and digital initiatives.
  • Allocate resources and manage workloads within the team to maximize productivity and project outcomes.
  • Develop and present year-over-year campaign analysis and reports, using insights to anticipate future needs and inform strategic planning.
  • Partner with the Group Director on key PMO (Project Management Office) initiatives, implementing tools and processes to drive team performance.

  • Proven experience (4 years) in creative operations, project management, or a related field-ideally within luxury, beauty, or agency environments.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to anticipate needs, consult with team on how to solve problems, and adapt to evolving priorities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Based in the NY/Tri-State Area; able to work onsite as needed.

Position Logistics:
  • Role based in New York City, requires minimum of 3 days in-person office presence in our Midtown Manhattan office
  • Minimum of 4 years in creative operations, project management, or a related field-ideally within luxury, beauty, or agency environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

Compensation:
  • The anticipated base salary range for this position is $ $87,500 through $108,000. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other components [may/will] include additional compensation, benefits and perks.
