ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role, you will serve as the connective tissue between creative production, paid media strategy, and performance analytics — ensuring that world-class creative work flows efficiently, deploys correctly, and continuously improves through a rigorous testing and iteration culture.

You will partner directly with global brand clients and internal media teams, bringing both strategic direction and hands-on operational discipline to every engagement. If you thrive at the intersection of creativity, technology, and data — and you're energized by scale — this role is for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Creative Strategy & Production

  • Brief and advise on creative production and best practices for large global brands
  • Build creative testing regimes and concept roadmaps for clients, ensuring each program has a clear hypothesis and measurement framework
  • Guide content calendar creation and implementation for paid media programs
  • Establish and maintain the feedback loop between creative performance data and production priorities

Trafficking & Deployment

  • Assist with proper trafficking and messaging alignment of paid media creative
  • Provide QA and approvals on creative trafficking and deployment across all relevant platforms
  • Advise on flighting and deployment timings of paid ads creative to maximize impact and efficiency

Technology & Analytics

  • Work across generative AI and creative tech tools — including Pixis Adroom — to create, edit, and iterate paid ads creative at scale
  • Leverage technology to deliver creative performance and analysis assessments that inform further iteration and testing
  • Build and scale Digital Asset Management (DAM) functionalities for Realtime and its clients

Design & Team Leadership

  • Guide design teams on the specific paid ads creative requirements for each paid media channel (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, programmatic, etc.)
  • Manage and collaborate with designers to deliver high-quality, on-brand, platform-optimized creative
  • Occasionally provide direct design and editing support as needed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 3+ years of experience working on the creative side of paid media programs
  • Demonstrated experience working with large, global brands and navigating the complexity that comes with them
  • Experience working with and managing UGC and influencer content development workflows including briefing, onboarding and delivery.
  • Deep familiarity with paid ads creative formats and the platform-specific requirements for each (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, programmatic, and more)
  • A strong analytical and data-oriented mindset — you know how to read performance and translate it into creative direction
  • Experience working in or building large-scale, high-volume creative production environments
  • Experience managing or closely collaborating with designers
  • Comfort working with creative technology platforms, AI-assisted tools, and DAM systems
  • Exceptional organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
