We are the nation’s leading manufacturer and supplier of hearth products, including a wide variety of gas, electric, wood and pellet burning fireplaces, inserts, stoves, and accessories. Headquartered in Lakeville, Minnesota, with distribution around the world, our innovative approach is supported by a business unit structure that allows us to develop and market products with a strong focus on customers’ needs.  Since 1996, we’ve been dedicated to connecting people through the warmth and comfort of our hearth products.

This business unit is dedicated to advancing fireplace technology and design, reflecting our commitment to exceptional quality and comfort.

We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Operations Manager to lead, scale, and execute high-quality creative output from concept to completion. In this role, you will serve as the essential connective tissue between external vendors and internal teams—including Brand, Digital, Segment, and Channel Marketing—to optimize processes and deliver projects on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Vendor Management: Build, evaluate, and optimize a high-performing network of external creative and technical partners
  • Financial Oversight: Manage vendor contracts, budgets, scopes of work, and billing processes efficiently
  • Tech Administration: Own, optimize, and manage licenses for core creative and project management tools
  • Production Leadership: Plan and execute photo and video shoots, including budget and logistics management
  • Event Logistics: Support planning, budgeting, vendor selection, and on-site execution for experiential brand events
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Product, Sales, and Brand teams to streamline creative workflows and assets
  • Hands-on Creative: Provide backup design and video editing support to maintain project quality and momentum
  • Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and foster accountability within a team of Project and Event Managers

Minimum Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: 5–8 years of experience in creative operations, production, or a related field
  • Vendor Management: Proven experience managing external vendors, contracts, budgets, and production logistics
  • Workflow Knowledge: Strong understanding of creative workflows across print, digital, and multimedia
  • Team Leadership: Proven experience managing, developing, coaching, and mentoring direct reports
  • Technical Skills: Competency in core creative production tools and platforms.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Event Marketing: Direct experience supporting trade shows, events, or experiential marketing.
  • Platform Expertise: Deep familiarity with project management systems and design software
  • Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to manage shifting priorities with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset
