THE ROLE As the Senior Creative Project Manager, you'll oversee the planning, prioritization, and execution of complex creative and marketing initiatives while optimizing workflows, resource allocation, and project delivery across the organization. Working closely with Marketing leadership, Creative, Digital, and cross-functional partners, you'll ensure projects move seamlessly from concept through completion while driving operational excellence.

This role is ideal for an experienced project management leader who enjoys balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution, mentoring others, and continuously improving creative operations. WHAT YOU'LL DO You'll lead creative operations and marketing initiatives by: Managing a high-volume portfolio of cross-functional creative and marketing projects from kickoff through final delivery Overseeing creative resource allocation to balance priorities, timelines, and departmental capacity Owning and optimizing Workfront project management workflows to improve efficiency, visibility, and collaboration Leading onboarding, training, and best practices for project management processes across Creative, Marketing, and Digital teams Partnering with Marketing leadership to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource needs Forecasting project risks, proactively resolving issues, and keeping teams aligned on deliverables Facilitating project meetings, maintaining documentation, and ensuring clear communication with stakeholders Tracking project budgets, approvals, timelines, and deliverables while maintaining accountability across teams Mentoring project managers and coordinators while helping elevate project management best practices Ensuring all creative deliverables meet brand standards and business objectives THE QUALIFICATIONS Education & Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 8-10 years of progressive project management experience supporting large-scale creative and marketing initiatives Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional marketing projects from concept through execution Experience leading creative operations, workflow optimization, and resource planning Experience mentoring project managers or coordinating project management teams Skills & Expertise Advanced experience with Workfront or similar enterprise project management platforms (administrative experience preferred) Exceptional project planning, prioritization, and organizational skills Experience managing multiple concurrent creative projects across print, digital, social, photography, and video Strong understanding of creative production processes and marketing workflows Ability to forecast resource needs, manage competing priorities, and drive operational efficiency Outstanding communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and keep projects moving forward in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Administrative expertise with Workfront Experience improving project management systems and creative workflows Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Experience collaborating with external vendors and agency partners Strategic mindset with a passion for continuous process improvement and creative excellence Ready to join our team of experts.
