KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Creative Arts Associate will coordinate the production of services and events for the EP Auditorium and The Co, ensuring continuity and flow for their weekly services and other special events.
  • Producer for all Grace Church Auditorium and The Co services and events, including Sundays, The Co Tuesday Nights, and “Black Diamond” events (Christmas, Good Friday, Easter, Thanksgiving Eve, Waves of Grace, etc).
  • Oversee the Sunday and The Co weekly schedule of special elements, announcements, etc.
  • “Quality control” – helping maintain a culture of excellence on Sunday and The Co services and events that glorify God at Grace Church.
  • Work with Worship, Production, and Communications in coordinating meetings, teams, and appropriate information to ensure effective production of all Grace Church EP Auditorium and The Co services + events.
  • Offer constructive feedback and suggestions for ministry partners on various creative arts, including service flow, guest experience, content and design, Grace Church culture and vibe, special elements, announcements, and ministry cross-promotion, etc.
  • Recruit, develop and support volunteers who serve as part of the production and CA teams.
  • Manage services and events planning process for Sundays, Black Diamond events, and The Co, communicating to team members, tracking, and delegating needs.
  • In conjunction with Director of Creative Arts, manage timing, service order and any necessary changes to ensure Grace Church quality and approved appropriate flow, look, and culture on the platform, including video and creative content, host announcements, special elements, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned.

PROFESSIONAL AND SPIRITUAL EXPECTATIONS:
  • Educational requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Experience required: 2-4 years of experience in the Production/Creative field preferred.
  • Knowledge of creative arts, production management, and some AVL operations.
  • Proven ability to lead and communicate effectively across departments.
  • Experience using ProPresenter, Planning Center, Slack, Monday, and Basecamp preferred, or other service planning/team communications/project management software.
  • Exhibits a meaningful and growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior as evidenced by the manifestation of the fruit of the Holy Spirit.
  • Has a commitment to personal and active participation in the fulfillment of the Great Commission (Matthew 28: 18-20).
  • Exhibits a lifestyle appropriate to a person in public Christian ministry by conducting life with the utmost integrity in all situations.
