About the role:
CHANEL is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Specialist to join our Creative Operations team in New York. Reporting to the Group Director of Creative Operations, you will support the end-to-end execution of US campaigns, ensuring flawless delivery and alignment with both global and local brand strategies. As a Specialist, you will be responsible for administrative support for all project activities and foster collaboration across cross-functional partners including events, media, marketing, and procurement teams. Our ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience and a genuine passion for enabling creativity and project coordination.
What impact you can create at CHANEL:
  • Support the planning, execution, and delivery of Global and local campaigns across all channels (print, digital, media, visual merchandising, events) while maintaining alignment with CHANEL's global creative standards.
  • Create, maintain, and track project timelines flagging key milestones and potential risks to the Group Director of Creative Operations to ensure timely delivery of all assets.
  • Review and manage creative requests under the guidance of manager, ensuring project objectives, deliverables, and deadlines are clearly communicated to stakeholders.
  • Perform administrative functions of the Creative Operations team, including scheduling, meeting coordination, status reporting, and maintaining organized project documentation.
  • Assist the content production team with tasks as needed for US Arts & Culture programming and local campaigns, coordinating between internal teams, vendors, and partners to keep projects moving forward.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes by proactively identifying opportunities to streamline coordination and communication.

Position Logistics:
  • 2-3 years of experience in creative operations, content production coordination, or a related field.
  • Hybrid Schedule: requires a minimum of three days in-person in NYC office.
  • Bachelors/Bachelors of Arts Degree or preferred experience in Creative Operations, Marketing, PR/Communications, or Production/Design.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar platforms is a plus.

Compensation:
  • The anticipated base salary range for this position is $61,400 through $87,000. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other forms of variable pay [may/will] be offered for this position. Other components [may/will] include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks.
