Job description

ANINE BING is looking for a a Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our Creative team based in Los Angeles.

This role is an opportunity to grow within a dynamic creative environment at ANINE BING. As a key contributor within our Los Angeles HQ team, the Marketing Operations Coordinator supports the day-to-day flow of creative projects and production — helping keep campaigns, content, and teams moving in sync with the brand's DNA: refined, fast-moving, and always evolving.

We're looking for someone detail-oriented and eager to learn — a natural organizer who takes pride in keeping projects on track and teams well-supported. You bring enthusiasm for creative work and a willingness to roll up your sleeves across a wide range of operational tasks.

This is a hybrid position based at our Los Angeles HQ. This role will work closely with our Photoshoot Producer and Creative team.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Track and manage all product samples across brand, photoshoots, PR contacts, and styling agencies (including LA-based partners) — coordinating pack/unpack, pull/return, and inventory reconciliation to ensure everything ships and returns on time
  • Coordinate PR gifting and product send-outs to press/influencers, handling shipping, tracking, and courier logistics
  • Lead end-to-end photoshoot production — planning, on-site support, and coordinating with talent agents, photographers, stylists, and other vendors for seamless execution
  • Prepare and distribute call sheets, production schedules, shot lists/styling decks, and other shoot logistics
  • Prep samples to be shoot-ready for style-outs and other brand initiatives
  • Manage vendor and agent invoicing, including expense tracking and timely payment processing
  • Serve as the communication link between Creative, E-Commerce, Merchandising, and Wholesale teams — relaying updates, flagging issues, and supporting production logistics/admin before, during, and after shoots

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, creative operations, project coordination, or a related role within fashion, retail, or a creative agency environment
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Some exposure to content production or photoshoot environments is a plus; a genuine interest in creative production workflows is essential.
  • Clear, confident communicator with strong written and interpersonal skills — able to align stakeholders and keep teams informed.

The target compensation for this role is between $20 – $28 per hour.

Benefits & Perks

  • Work/Life Balance: Enjoy flexible work schedules, generous paid time off, and additional summer days to recharge and reset.
  • Wellness: We offer comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage—with ANINE BING covering a significant portion of the cost. Our benefits extend to your family and include a generous parental leave program.
  • Style Perks: Enjoy a generous employee discount and seasonal wardrobe allotments—so you can live the brand, not just represent it.
