Position Purpose:
The Sr. Specialist, Creative Operations drives the execution and continuous improvement of creative workflows across multiple marketing workstreams. This role serves as an operational lead within the Creative Marketing Division, overseeing complex projects, optimizing procurement, and ensuring seamless coordination across creative teams. The Specialist leverages deep understanding of creative operations tools, timelines, and resource workflows to enhance efficiency, maintain visibility for leadership, and help deliver high-quality creative assets on time and on strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
  • 40% - Workflow Management - Lead day-to-day management of creative workflows for assigned lines of business or campaigns, ensuring priorities, resources, and deliverables are aligned.
  • 10% - Process Improvement -Partner with leadership to implement and refine creative operations standards, tools, and best practices.
  • 10% - Reporting & Insights -Track and analyze operational metrics, producing insights and recommendations that inform process improvements.
  • 15%- Technology & Innovation- Support technology initiatives such as workflow automation, system enhancements, or integrations with project management tools (e.g., Workfront).
  • 5% - Training & Onboarding -Lead onboarding or training sessions for new team members, vendors, and agencies to ensure consistency in workflow adoption.
  • 20% - Collaboration & Partnership - Serve as a key operational contact for internal stakeholders and agency partners, providing clear communication, risk assessment, and resolution guidance.

  • Strong proficiency with project management and workflow tools (e.g., Adobe Workfront, Jira, Asana).
  • Advanced understanding of creative development, production workflows, and budgeting practices.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills with partners at all levels.
  • Experience supporting process improvement or system implementation initiatives.
  • PMP, CAPM, or Workfront certification preferred but not required.
