Why Sales at LocalVR
Sales is the engine of our business. You make the first impression with potential homeowners
and can solve their pain point of the hassle with property management. We are proud of our
best-in-class service offering and depend on our Sales Account Executives (AE's) to explain the
value of our service, answer any questions a potential homeowner might have and ultimately be
a solution to finding a high-quality property manager.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for an individual with grit, persistence, and confidence to sell our management
services to qualified homeowners in the Park City area. You are not a high-pressure
salesperson, but instead, approach sales by educating the customer on a viable solution and
trusting the customer to choose if the solution solves their problem. You will be trained in-depth
on our services and how to acquire your own book of business. You will also be given a list of
qualified leads to convert into a sale. You'll do this by being creative and using different
approaches to close as many leads as possible - calling to set up appointments, taking in-
person meetings, email campaigns, networking, letters, and more. We're looking for someone
driven who networks with local business and real estate agents to drum up business and get our
name out. This role requires organization, persistence, and engaging with the local community
professionally.
Skills You'll Need
• Ability to reach out to prospects, build trust, and close sales
• Ability to instill confidence in prospects that you are a knowledgeable expert in the
industry
• Perform professionally and ethically
• Ability to persist through rejections with a positive attitude
• Familiarity with Salesforce, DialPad, and Slack is not necessary but helpful
• Familiarity with the Google Suite - Google Docs, Google Calendar & Google Sheets
• Proficient in Gmail, email communication, and functionality
• Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to handle a fast-paced and changing environment while staying organized
• Self-sufficient and resourceful to achieve your sales goals
• Desire to positively collaborate with other departments and the community
• 2 years of related sales experience required
• Real Estate, Property Management, or Short Term Rental Management is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
• Learn LocalVR's service offering inside and out to effectively sell to homeowners by
attending training classes
• Handle inbound and outbound sales via phone calls, in-person meetings in the Park City area, and video conferences
• Maintain prospects and organize prospects in CRM with detailed logging of sales
activities
• Build trust by answering prospects' questions professionally through email, text, and
phone calls
• Cold call prospects using a given list and resources provided to schedule appointments
and close prospects
• Work closely with the LocalVR sales management team to learn, improve, and increase
conversion rates
• Work closely with the LocalVR operations team to retain homeowners
• Grow LocalVR brand awareness in market by attending professional events and
networking
• Develop a sales pipeline of opportunities through creative lead generation activities
Work Environment
• 40 hours a week
• Remote friendly, with office availability as needed in Park City
• Non-micro managerial work culture based on hitting KPI's
• Weekly meetings and syncs
• Home office to attend training and take virtual appointments

Compensation, Benefits & More
• $80k - $120k+ OTE with uncapped commissions
• Fully remote, but located in the Park City area
