The Marketing Coordinator will work cross-functionally with teams spanning digital marketing, brand, demand generation, segment strategy, and analytics. Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution & Coordination
  • Support the planning, trafficking, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, email, and video
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication across functional teams
  • Maintain and organize campaign assets, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines, regulatory standards, and audit requirements
  • Partner with the creative and operations team to manage project workflows in Workfront or equivalent tools, tracking progress and flagging risks
Audience Strategy & Testing Support
  • Assist in the planning and execution of A/B and multivariate tests across digital channels, including creative, audience, and messaging experiments
  • Support management of audience lists, segments, and suppression pools across advertising platforms to enable full-funnel targeting and attribution
  • Conduct QA audits on audience configurations and test setups to ensure accuracy, brand alignment, and financial services advertising compliance
  • Stay current on platform updates, audience best practices, and compliance considerations relevant to regulated-industry marketing
Performance Reporting & Analytics
  • Analyze campaign performance, website metrics, and prospect data to surface actionable insights for internal stakeholders
  • Maintain a marketing performance dashboard and contribute to recurring reporting cadences, including Quarterly Marketing Reports, bi-weekly updates, and enterprise MAP reports
  • Prepare and present A/B test readouts and audience performance summaries with clear, data-driven recommendations
  • Support competitive and market research to inform campaign strategies and business objectives
Marketing Operations & Administration
  • Manage administrative tasks including invoice processing, expense tracking, and financial record-keeping
  • Own team process documentation, ensuring workflows are current, compliant with risk controls, and regularly reviewed for efficiency
  • Organize and archive marketing assets to support compliance, audit reviews, and team accessibility
  • Cross-train with teammates and contribute to operational improvements that scale the broader marketing function

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Statistics, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, or a related role
  • Exposure to paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube) preferred; hands-on experience a plus
