About the Opportunity

LMG Staffing Solutions is partnering with a collaborative, design-driven digital agency to identify a Creative Director for a contract opportunity based in Philadelphia.

This role brings together brand strategy, creative leadership, and digital expertise to help clients solve complex business challenges through compelling, human-centered experiences. You will lead the strategic and creative vision across a diverse portfolio that may include healthcare, higher education, enterprise organizations, and emerging brands.

The ideal candidate can guide engagements from discovery through execution, lead multidisciplinary teams, strengthen creative quality, and connect creative recommendations to measurable business outcomes.

What You'll DoStrategic Brand Leadership
  • Lead the development of brand strategies, positioning, messaging frameworks, and digital experience recommendations
  • Connect strategic and creative recommendations to client goals, audience insights, and business objectives
  • Facilitate discovery sessions, stakeholder workshops, and strategic planning engagements
  • Translate research and business insights into compelling brand narratives, messaging platforms, and customer experience strategies
  • Identify opportunities across marketing, digital experiences, products, and services
  • Partner with client services teams to align recommendations with client priorities, budgets, and long-term goals
Creative Leadership
  • Establish the strategic and creative vision for client engagements
  • Develop creative briefs with clear direction, measurable objectives, and actionable guidance
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams across branding, web, UX/UI, content, digital marketing, and campaign development
  • Provide thoughtful creative direction and feedback that strengthens ideas and maintains brand integrity
  • Ensure work is strategically grounded, human-centered, and aligned with business outcomes
  • Mentor designers, writers, strategists, and other creative team members
  • Help foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing creative culture
Client Partnership
  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to executive stakeholders and marketing leaders
  • Present creative concepts, brand strategies, and campaign recommendations with confidence
  • Facilitate conversations that connect business goals with creative opportunities
  • Build alignment across client stakeholders and internal teams
  • Collaborate with account and project management teams to support successful delivery while protecting strategic and creative integrity
Research & Strategic Planning
  • Lead stakeholder interviews, audience research, competitive analysis, surveys, and workshop facilitation
  • Synthesize complex information into clear recommendations and executive-ready presentations
  • Apply design thinking and human-centered problem-solving to uncover meaningful insights
  • Monitor trends in branding, customer behavior, digital experiences, marketing, technology, and AI-enabled solutions
